We are continuously working hard to ensure that the quality of our service is not compromised whilst working on goals for growth and introducing new products and services in the long term.

We begin with consultations, asking the client the right questions and relating them to their goals. With that, we give it expert analysis and solutions. We tailor-made solutions for clients based on their needs and save them the burden of the extra unwanted perks in the traditional “Packages” way of service delivery.

We are limitless to industries, with a focus on SMEs. We have served clients in the real estate, travel & tours, media, retailing, importation industries, etc.

6. How do you determine your fees and pricing structure?
After consulting with clients and asses their needs, we refer to our standard rate card to only cost them the services that they need. We are by far, arguably the most affordable in the industry, with the high-quality standard of services we deliver.
7. Can you provide references from past clients?
Yes, we can, but due to our information management policy, we cannot display the contact information of our clients on the website. They are however available based on request and following terms and conditions.
8. How do you ensure the confidentiality of client information?
At Remaccs, clients are our biggest asset and our most important stakeholder and for that, we put in the maximum regulations and technology in protecting their data and information. Before engaging any client, we must sign with them a Non-Disclosure Agreement. You can access it here.

We have a very efficient system of clients submitting their records through secure means. We segregate duties to ensure that the right data is inputted, and reviewed thoroughly before we can prepare the reports to send to the clients.
